Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it.

  • You need to provide the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Period
You have unlimited time from the date you received the item to initiate a return.

Exemptions

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
Once I receive the returned item, I will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). The credit will be received based on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product due to a defect or damage, please contact me. I will provide instructions on the exchange process.

Damaged Items
